Prices:
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
Payment:
We accept payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. Payment will be deducted upon processing of the order.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. The expected delivery after dispatch is 1-3 business days.
Physical books are shipped to addresses in Denmark. Shipments outside Denmark can be arranged by contacting info@maggiesmill.dk.
Printed books in English are continually produced as print-on-demand. Delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
Right of withdrawal:
There is a 14-day return policy on physical books. The period starts from the day you receive the package.
Purchases of digital books cannot be cancelled.
Notification of cancellation of the book purchase must be given by email to: info@maggiesmill.dk.

Returns and refunds:
You are responsible for the return costs. The book(s) must be returned in unused and undamaged condition and the risk for the item(s) is yours from the time of delivery until we have received the package. In the event of a depreciation, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
Refunds will be made by the same means of payment used for the original transaction.

The website Maggiesmill.dk is hosted by one.com and is SSL certified, which secures the information you provide in the webshop.
In order to sell and deliver a book, we need this information:

Address
Phone number
Email address
When you pay for your product, the necessary payment information is processed by Stripe/PayPal.
Otherwise, Maggie's Mill does not pass on information to third parties and only uses the cookies required for the website to function.
Information may be stored for up to 5 years after an order has been processed.
